Two kinds of places, one way of working.
My work moves between workplaces for technology companies and homes designed around the people who live in them. Each makes the other better: workplaces gain the warmth of a home, and homes gain the rigor of large, complex projects.
Whether shaping a global campus or a family house, the goal is the same: spaces that feel personal, support how people live and work, and give physical form to what matters to them.
Workplace
- Global workplace strategy, standards and guidelines
- Headquarters, campuses and executive briefing centers
- Workplace transitions and employee relocations
- Owner-side leadership of architects, consultants and builders
Residential
- Custom homes shaped by landscape, light and material
- Interiors, furniture and art curation
- Amenities and shared spaces for residential communities
- Concept design through construction coordination

My career has taken me from Zaha Hadid Architects in London and R&Sie(n) in Paris to in-house roles with developers and technology companies, and on to my own architecture and design practice, TADA.
Trained in Toronto, London, Paris and San Francisco, I've worked across architecture, interiors, workplace strategy and real estate development. At John McNeil Studio I helped shape workplaces for Juniper Networks, DocuSign, Cisco and others, including global design standards that carried from Sunnyvale to Bengaluru. At Prometheus I worked on the owner's side, leading the company's move to its new Brickline headquarters and directing design across its residential communities. Through TADA I design houses in St. Helena, Napa Valley, Truckee and the Santa Cruz Mountains.
This has shaped an approach that balances creative ambition with the practical demands of bringing projects to life. I bring a global perspective, a residential sensibility and a collaborative way of working to spaces that reflect the people and organizations they serve.
